We Provide Power Vac and Pipe Jetting Services

When catch basins get clogged with accumulated sediment, trash, and debris, it can cause blockage and allow water to collect in roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and sewer systems. You can eliminate this problem with annual cleanouts of your catch basins. We also offer pipe jetting for those systems that are completely clogged.

It is very important to keep your catch basins and pipes cleaned

Catch basins should be cleaned once a year to prevent dirt buildup in the basin. Once the basin gets full, the dirt starts to flow down the pipe and eventually clogs the pipe. It costs 5 times the money to clean the clogged pipe versus maintaining the cleaning of the basin. What happens is we jet the clogged pipe and force back the accumulated dirt in the pipe back to the basin and vacuum the dirt and water into the truck. The time and cost of this process get very expensive. So, have us clean your basins every year and this problem may never occur. Sometimes, roots form in the pipe, or the pipe collapses and clogs the pipe also and jetting will be required. A special tool for root cutting will be needed for root problems.

Why is hydro-excavation a better way to find underground utilities?

Hydro-excavation is another service we offer to look for utility versus using an excavator. We use a combination of high-pressure water blasting at 3000 psi to break up the dirt and power vac the dirt as it becomes loose. This process will not harm the fiber optics, underground natural gas pipelines or communications lines, etc. The damage to any of these utilities is costly if you strike them with an excavator not to mention a possible explosion if you puncture a natural gas pipeline and create a spark at the same time. The risk is too high. Therefore,hydro-excavation is the way to go to locate underground utilities. This can also be done in the winter using hot water at 3000 psi. Give us a call for more details.
